About Us – Trusted FIT Services

Our Mission

Our goal is to offer a platform that not only connects travel advisors with quality FIT suppliers.   But supports a new level of trust and transparency in the business relationship.

The Trust Factor

Whether you are sourcing a unique tour or planning a custom FIT, you need suppliers you can trust to deliver on quality, reliability and financial security.

TFS is the industry's first and only consortia-neutral supplier verification service.   We focus on the verification of DMCs, small tour operators and destination specialists.

Our Team

Marnie Brown, TFS Founder & CEO

Marnie began her career in travel somewhat by accident, landing her first job out of college working for a PR firm specializing in travel.   That was it, like so many others in our industry Marnie was smitten.  Over the next 25 years, she went on to hold several positions and management roles most recently with Travel Leaders Group (now Internova).  Under her leadership, the company launched its "In-Country Partners" program, growing it be one of the largest and most sought-after DMC collections in the industry.

When COVID-19 put the travel industry on pause, Marnie saw an opportunity to build something she knew the industry needed.   Something that that could only succeed as an independent, consortia neutral, 3rd party company.  And Trusted FIT Services was born.

Rob Keen & Jeremy Clement, TFS Co-Founders

Rob and Jeremy started their careers as colleagues at Bloomberg, where they enjoyed success in financial services.  In 2015, they traded finance for the travel industry and launched the respected tours and activities marketplace, Project Expedition.

Buidling Project Expedition from the ground up, Rob and Jeremy created a company that has grown popular among travel advisors for their premium service, technology and inventory of tours and activities.

Rob and Jeremy's success in the tours and actiities sector provided them with the unique insights into how an independent entity like TFS could fill an important and strategic gap in the market for travel advisors.
